五、布局与使用建议

建议元件靠近外部连接器或受保护引脚放置,走线尽量短且直,器件地线应可靠连接至低阻抗接地平面;若为多层板,保护器与地之间建议配合热盲孔或多点接地以提高散热和吸能能力。对于高速差分线,注意保持阻抗连续,避免在保护器附近增加过多寄生。

器件工作温度覆盖 -55 ℃ 至 +125 ℃,满足恶劣环境使用;反向漏电小(≤500 nA),适合对泄漏敏感的系统。选型时确认 Vrwm 与系统总线静态电压匹配(此器件 Vrwm=24 V),以及钳位电压和吸收能量满足系统瞬态耐受要求。
