MM1W5V1 在反向工作区作为稳压元件,当反向电流在器件规定的工作点附近时可提供稳定的5.1V 参考。动态阻抗7Ω 表明在负载变化时电压变化受控。最大耗散功率1W 为器件热设计基准,实际使用时须结合 PCB 散热条件及环境温度进行功率降额以保证结温不超限。
