一、主要特性

CJ8850 是一款固定输出的线性稳压器(LDO),输出电压为 5.0V,输入耐压高达 60V,静态电流仅 5µA,适合低功耗与高压输入场景。器件集成使能控制、过流保护、短路保护与热关断功能,保障长期可靠性与系统安全。输出极性为正极,稳压压差典型值约 500mV,常用工作温度范围为 -40℃ 到 +125℃(结温 Tj)。

二、电气性能要点

  • 输出电流:额定连续输出约 150mA,器件可承受短时/峰值较高电流(资料中亦见 250mA 级别说明,实际设计中应按连续额定值 150mA 考量并参考数据手册)。
  • 输出纹波抑制(PSRR):约 80dB(1kHz),对电源纹波与开关噪声有良好抑制,利于模拟/音频和精密采样电路。
  • 低静态电流:5µA,有利于电池供电系统降低待机损耗。
  • 保护功能:内部限流与短路保护,同时具备热关断,异常工况下自动保护并在条件恢复后重启。

三、封装与热管理

CJ8850 提供 SOT-89-3L 封装,体积小适合集成密集板。由于为线性稳压器,功耗由 VIN–VOUT 与输出电流共同决定(Pd = (VIN - 5V) × IOUT)。在高输入电压或大电流条件下,结温上升显著,需注意散热与版面铜箔面积分布。建议在 VIN 与 GND 之间增加散热铜、避免长时间在高差与满载条件下工作,必要时采用预稳压或降压转换器以减少功耗。

四、使用建议

  • 输出电容:为保证稳态与瞬态响应,建议在输出端放置低 ESR 陶瓷电容,典型值 1µF–10µF(最终值应参考器件数据手册的稳定性要求)。
  • 输入电容:在高 VIN 或长引线情况下,靠近芯片放置适当的输入电容以抑制来自源侧的瞬态与振铃。
  • 使能控制:通过 EN 引脚实现系统电源管理,可在不使用时将 LDO 关闭以进一步降低静态电流消耗。
  • 保护与可靠性:器件自带限流与热关断,但在恶劣工况(短路、长期高差)应设计额外保护与热散措施,保证产品寿命与安全。

五、典型应用

适用于需要高输入耐压且要求稳健保护的场景,如工业控制电源、小型通讯终端、传感器供电、汽车电子辅助电路(需通过相应汽车认证)、低功耗便携设备等。对于大电压差且高功耗的应用,优先考虑开关预稳压以提升效率并减小热量。
